Raven Biofuels
Raven Biofuels(OTC BB: RVBF) is a US based cellulosic ethanol company. Raven utilizes two stage dilute acid hydrolysis to produce ethanol, chemicals and other by-products from wide variety of cellulosic feedstock. Ravens technology allows to bring down production costs of ethanol to under $1.00 per gallon, while capital costs of the plants are far below those based on enzymatic hydrolysis or gasification. Raven formed a joint venture with Kamploops Indian Band to develop a 11 MGY plant at Kamploops, British Columbia.
